The searches you almost win.

Trafficmend reads Google Search Console for every site you add: clicks, impressions, CTR and position for each query and page. Then it points at the rankings sitting at positions 8 to 20 and the pages whose CTR is low for where they rank.

In numbers

1,000 queries

And 1,000 pages per scan, plus 5,000 query and page pairs.

8–20 positions

Striking distance: where a small lift is worth real clicks.

28 days

Every number against the 28 days before, on settled data.

4 detections

Near misses, low CTR, ranking decay and queries with no clicks.

[01]Queries and pages

Every query, every page.

Every site rescans daily, and again when you open it after a few hours away, so your Search Console data stays current without a click. You read it in the same place as your crawl and your traffic, not in another tab.

    Four numbers, two periods

Clicks, impressions, CTR and average position, each with a sparkline and its change against the 28 days before.

    Queries and pages

Two tables you can sort and filter: the top 1,000 queries and the top 1,000 pages. Fifty rows at a time, or show them all.

  • 035,000 pairs

    Which page ranks for what

Query and page pairs, so each fix names the page Google actually ranks for a query, not the one you assumed.

  • 0490 days

    The daily chart

Clicks, impressions and average position day by day over the last 90 days.

  • 0512 weeks

    Weekly page trends

Clicks and position per page, week by week, for the 300 pages with the most impressions. This is what catches a slow slide.

  • 06Ends 3 days back

    Settled data only

Search Console needs two or three days to finalise a day, so every range ends three days ago and the latest days don't read as a drop.

[02]Near misses

Clicks you are close to.

Four checks read the same data and turn what they find into improvements, each with an estimate of the monthly clicks it is worth.

Detections

Striking distance. Average position 8–20 and at least 40 impressions. The estimate assumes you reach #3 from position 12 or better, #5 from further down.
Up to 25
Low CTR for the position. A page in the top 10 with 150+ impressions and a CTR under 60% of the benchmark for where it ranks.
Top 10
Ranking decay. A page whose clicks in the last 4 weeks are at least 30% (and 12 clicks) below its first 4, and falling steadily rather than in one bad week.
8+ weeks
No clicks yet. A query in the top 20 with 150+ impressions and not a single click.
Up to 15

The CTR benchmark is a curve of typical click-through by position: about 28% at #1, 10.5% at #3 and 1.9% at #10. A page that ranks #4 but earns 2% of clicks has a snippet problem, not a ranking problem, and the fix is a better title and description.

[03]Connection

Read-only, and matched for you.

Connect Google once for all your sites. The access is read-only: Search Console and Analytics can be read, never changed.

  1. 01

    Connect Google

One consent screen with read-only scopes. A refresh token lets scans run in the background after you close the tab.

  2. 02

    The property is picked

When you add a site, the property that fits its URL is chosen: a URL-prefix property for the site's own folder first, then the domain property, then a URL-prefix for the same host or its www twin. Properties you aren't verified for are skipped.

  3. 03

    Change it in Settings

Settings lists every property you can read, and marks a suggested match for any site that has none. Pick another any time.

  4. 04

    Disconnect any time

Disconnecting revokes the token with Google and deletes it from Trafficmend.
